This course will be held from May 31st through June 3rd. It will offer practical tools to eliminate stress and bring greater peace, energy, awareness, health and joy to daily life. This course includes meditation, gentle yoga, and skills for dealing effectively with challenging emotions and situations, and tools for home practice to stay stress free on a daily basis.
